Willow Lodge - Windermere

stayed in windermere before but willow lodge exceeded expectations. loved the clean and spacious lodge with comfy beds and sofas. great location with bus stop outside, perfect for exploring ambleside, bowness, and coniston. overall, fantastic stay!

The property was clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. It had most of the amenities we needed, although towels were not provided. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside the holiday park. This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas without worrying about transportation. The lodge itself was spacious, with comfortable beds and sofas. The outside area was also nice, although we couldn't make use of it due to the weather.

One of the downsides was the lack of information prior to arrival. We weren't aware of what items would be provided, such as an iron, washing up liquid, tea towels, and a hairdryer.

The lodge is in a great location with a bus stop conveniently outside, making it easy to travel around. the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a big fridge and freezer allows for enjoyable cooking experiences. the beds and sofas are comfy, offering a relaxing environment. the lodge also provides ample storage space and a quiet atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful stay.

Some neighbors were noisy, but the lodge's doors effectively block out the noise once closed.

the lodge itself was stunning, with a private and secluded atmosphere. the inside was beautifully decorated and the outside space was perfect for enjoying a barbecue. the on-site bar/restaurant served delicious food and had a great beer garden. the location was ideal for exploring Ambleside, Bowness, and Coniston, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the holiday park. the lodge was clean and well-equipped, with a spacious kitchen and comfortable beds. it was a quiet and enjoyable stay.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room at Willow Lodge was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns like Ambleside, Bowness, and Coniston, with a convenient bus stop right outside the holiday park. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety to choose from.
